Join your Reiki Practitioner colleagues for a remote practice meeting as we immerse ourselves in traditional Usui Japanese Reiki teachings and deepen our connection to universal life energy.
We will work with the Five Elements of the traditional Japanese System of Reiki. I believe our format is very similar to the way Mikao Usui intended it, primarily focusing on spiritual self-development of the student with the goal of attaining Satori or Enlightenment (expressing our True Self - the Great Bright Light!).
As facilitator, I will guide you through all of the techniques and meditations we will use. That way you will feel comfortable - even if you haven’t learned some of them in your Reiki trainings.
We begin each meeting with a guided meditation to set our sacred space and offer Reiki out for the Healing of Humanity and Our Planet. Then we continue by Reciting the Reiki Precepts, Chanting one of the Reiki Mantras, receiving Reiju (an attunement) and end the meeting with either a Distance Reiki Healing Treatment for ourself or another person or cultivating our Ki through a traditional Reiki Breathing Meditation.
