In-Person One-Day Reiki Shoden Level I Training

Learn how to use Reiki’s healing, loving Life Energy of the Universe for healing, personal growth and everyday self-care to thrive in life. Our comprehensive, certification training provides the in-depth instruction and in-class practice you need to confidently bring Reiki care and healing to yourself, your loved ones and pets. 

Our Reiki Level I Training introduces you to the principles and practice of traditional Japanese Usui Reiki healing. You learn that Reiki is a complete natural and preventative wellness system designed to promote health and healing for yourself and others on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Techniques taught help you and loved ones revitalize your energy levels, release stress and anxiety, relieve pain, cleanse away unhealthy energy, thoughts, moods and emotions, heal from illness, injury and past trauma, increase mental clarity, and, restore healthy immune system functioning. 

You will learn:
• what Reiki is and how Reiki heals
• the history of Reiki
• techniques for cleansing and revitalizing your energy (Ki)
• how Reiki empowers you to thrive during life’s challenges
• how Reiki brightens your Inner Light and spiritual development

The experiential format of the class provides guided practice in:
• giving yourself a Reiki treatment
• trading seated Reiki treatments with a classmate
• trading Reiki table treatments with a classmate
• developing your intuitive, energy-sensing abilities

You will receive the Level I Attunement which clears your energy channels and raises you energetic vibration to a higher level, receive a fully-illustrated 43-page Level I Manual and your Reiki Shoden Level I Practitioner Certificate. You also receive continuing after-training instructor support. By the end of the class, you will have confirmation that Reiki’s healing energy is flowing from your hands for helping yourself, loved ones, and pets experience healthier, happier and more peaceful lives. 

Please Note: Our in-person trainings are small group held in a 900 sq. ft. classroom with plenty of room to spread out. We practice energetic hygiene during the training and pump spray bottles of antibacterial spray and gel will be available in the classroom for students to use. We ask participants to please bring a mask since one person will wear a mask during times students pair off with a classmate during practice time trading Reiki treatments.

In-Person Reiki Okuden Level II Training

Learn advanced Reiki  techniques for expressing your Great Bright Light out into the world and achieving a state of inner peace regardless of what’s happening in life around you. Our comprehensive, certification training provides the in-depth instruction and in-class practice you need to confidently thrive as a Reiki practitioner and express your full human potential. 

In Japanese, Okuden, means “Inner Teachings”. Reiki Okuden Level II Training enhances your knowledge and personal practice of traditional Japanese Usui Reiki. The experiential format of this class provides you with many opportunities for purifying your mind-body-spirit and facilitating self-healing and personal growth. You receive the Level II Attunement, learn how to offer Reiki treatments to others from a distance, and, develop your inner qualities of Earth, Heaven and Heart energies. You will learn and practice advanced Reiki techniques and meditations for cultivating your Ki, enhancing your practice of hands-on Reiki healing, and for supporting your own spiritual self-realization.

You will learn:
• three Reiki symbols and their mantras that invoke specific energies allowing you to more fully express your Great Bright Light and flow in harmony with the natural order the universe.
• ways to more fully embody the Reiki Precepts into daily living to experience less anger and worry, have more gratitude for your blessings, and to have more compassion for yourself and others.
• hands-on healing techniques that develop your intuitive abilities for sensing energy imbalances within a recipient’s mind-body.
•how to offer Reiki treatments to others from a distance to help them release stress, anger and anxiety and heal from illness and trauma.
• how distance Reiki for yourself allows you to work on your own life situations in present time, go back in time to heal past traumatic experiences, and, to fast-forward into the future to co-create with the Universe to manifest what you want in your life.
• for those wanting to develop a professional Reiki healing practice, materials are provided in the manual regarding business set-up guidelines, practitioner/client treatment protocol, session documentation procedures, and professional ethics maintained by the practitioner. 

As a participant, you will receive a fully-illustrated, 47-page Level II Manual, your Reiki Okuden Level II Practitioner Certificate, continuing after-training instructor support, plus, you will be eligible to join other Level II and III practitioners at our monthly Reiki Gakkai Advanced Practice Meetings.
